Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool And Heaviness Of Abdomen

i' m 31 yrs. mother of a 7 yrs old daughter. i' m bleeding while passing stool from yesterday. feels pain(outside- like pricking with thorn) while the stool comes out. feels heaviness in the abdomen. what could be reason. which Doctor to be consulted ?

Dear you may be suffering from fissure in ano (possible cause in my point of view but only after examination will confirm the diagnosis). Other possible causes like Haemorrhoids, fistula, angiodysplasia, chrons disease, ulcerative colitis etc..

Avoid fatty spicy food, avoid alcohol, eat green leafy vegetables. Use syrp lactulose 30 ml at night. Please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
