Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool

Hey my name is Charlotte I am 42 yrs. old. I have had Hep.c. for 8 yrs. I have been having a great deal of mostly bright red blood in my stool for about 3 yrs. sometimes not a lot & sometimes there is a lot. I'm not sure if the Hep.C. has anything to do with why I always have blood. I actually can not remember the last time when I did not have any blood in my stool. I am not on meds. for Hep.C. as of yet because of the fact that I do not have medical insurance. can someone PLEASE help me? Is it dangerious? It has been happening for so long that it's like normal to me but I know that it can not be. WHAT SHOULD I DO???
