Hello,

I hope you don't have constipation and you don't have any pain with defecation. First of all, you need to rule out hemorrhoids. Dysentery can also be a cause but with dysentery you will feel feverish and abdominal pain too sometimes. Proctoscopic examination by surgeon will be a good choice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rehana Kousar
