Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Small amount of bleeding and blood collection is quite common after prostate surgery. It will get resolved by it own over time. Most cases requires no treatment and sometimes bladder wash may be needed.

MX3 is an alternative medicines and it has got no clinical evidences for its efficacy. Better to consult a urologist and get evaluated rather than trying alternatives.

Wishing all the best.

Thanks.
