Suggest Treatment For Blue Bruise And Numbness Of Shin After Injury

I fell five days and scraped my shin pretty deep. Ever since Monday my lower leg has been completely numb since. Can not tell if there is a deep bruise under trying to come up, but thought it would have by now. Looks a little blue like a bruise deep below the skin. Is numbness normal?

After going through your query I concluded that you you got deep abrasion over your shin and your lower leg is completely numb. Numbness may be normal after deep abrasion but complete numbness is not normal. There may be some injury to nerve. You need to send it for clinical examination to Orthopedician. Till then you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Antibiotics are useful to control infection. Mecobalamine help in recovery from numbness.
