I'm a 31 year old female would is pretty health other than being on the obese sized. But for the past three days I have not been feeling my normal self. It all started with a stiff neck that I just chucked up to i sleep wrong but then the next day that stiff neck turned into stiff neck with cranial pressure in the back of my head and neck, blurred vision only in the left eye with no peripheral vision and these flashes of what look like lines light and again only in the left eye. Only small blur in right eye but it went away. Then today I were up and feel all the same stuff but this time it's full cranial pressure every time I move my head and my pupils are constricted and I mean about a 2-3 point on the pupil chart. It reminds me of a spinal headache but its been 6 years since I had a spinal tap done. I don't like taking any kind of medication but the pain and pressure has gotten so bad I broke down and took some Advil only for it not to touch whats going on, not even the anti inflammatory in the Advil helped my stiff neck. Its affecting my daily activities and my ability to do my job or even drive. What should I do or better yet what could this be? Oh and just to let you know I have been diagnosed with chronic migraines, so I know what a migraine feels like and this is not one! This is 5X worse, it's like a spinal headache but less than that which make no sense to me, What could this be? And I haven't been out of the country, haven't been near anyone who has been sick or infected with anything major.... Please can someone help me to figure this out and what I need to do!
