Dr. I am a Back Country Medic translating questions for a recently released hypertensive pt. six days out of physician observation. Pt often exhibits signs of returning back to normal then notices symptons that he experienced similar to the ones he exhibitd the night of admittance. PT is a 44 y/o male with no personal history of high blood pressure but there is a family history (mother). weight 140 homeless and has a history of drug use (approx 20 years) pt complains of increased prssure throught out the body, blurred vision and tingling. Body aches and sore muscles . Pt has been perscribed amlodipine besylate 5mg tab and clonidine 0.1 mg tab. his question is will this cindition worsen? he also posed this question to the E.R. and having no Insurance he was shuffeled out just like people do... but having insurance they would have run all kinds of test to determine just what the problem was and also suggest a course of treatment you know i should have figured that you would want money before you devulge any life saving information that could save a life or even help my friend. Your just like tv preachers . so go screw your selves and while your doing that try and do no harm. I m still a medic because i like helping people ehwn they need the help.
