Hi doctor i wanted to ask you. I just finished my period 2 days ago and today i was making breakfast felt dizzy light headed and felt fainty had to quickly sit down all my legs were hurting never felt this way still feel weak and when i close my eyes feel better all bodys aching. Please help what can it be

Till then you can take Tab.ibert-folic once a day
Cap.calfer-D twice a day
