Suggest Treatment For Body Pains Post Prolonged Standing
I had a rectocele and cystocele less than 3 weeks ago. I am 60 years old and I am employed as a PT Assistant. I work in skilled nursing facilities, and my job description requires me to lift at least 100 pounds. Prolonged standing for up to 7 hours, along with pushing, pulling and bending is a daily routine. I am horrified to return to work and undo what has been repaired. Please help to put my mind at ease. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
In rectocele and cystocele i strongly suggeste to stay away from heavy work. This type of problem has 40% chance of recurrence and if you continue this activity, chances will increase high. It is better to choose light activite job.
