Hello, I can understand your concern for boil on scalp. I can make out the possibility of repeated infection of the hair root by bacteria.
In your kind of cases I prefer to go for culture and sensitivity of the pus. After the exact sensitivity reports I give a course of oral antibiotics such as cefixime or amoxicillin or ciprofloxacin. For the pain sensation if any I suggest my patients to take paracetamol or diclofenac for once or twice daily.
Till that time I suggest you to not to pinch, pop or scratch the area. Also do not attempt any home remedies as can leas to further aggravation of the problem.
For the above you can meet a dermatologist also for best possible diagnosis & treatment.
Take care.
