Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

What is the colour of lesions? Any fluid filled vesicles? If possible please send a picture to us. This might be prickly heat or candidiasis. Meanwhile, you can apply Calamine lotion twice daily there. Avoid excessive sweating and keep the area clean and dry.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
