Suggest Treatment For Boils On The Leg

Dear Doc, I have a boil under my leg for 24 hours now and its paining. I can't sit, or sleep because it starts paining when I rest the boil on something. So please suggest me a suitable medication and cream. Remember its on the back side of my thigh.
