Suggest Treatment For Bottom Joint Of Middle Finger

I am a male 75 years of age, 5'6' height 71 kg weight, BP 135/88. no diabetis, no heart, vegitarion. Since some days I have got pain in the bottom joint of my left hand side middle finger. On any jerk it pains mutch. I am als feelind pain on the (inner) side of both knee. While walking I can't move fast due to pain. Kinly advise ?
