Suggest Treatment For Brain Anuerysm

wondering if my son could have some kind of syndrome he has an AVM ( being treated at the moment ), which led us to finding a small brain anuerysm, cerebral angiograms showing veins and arteries abnormal in placement ligamentus laxity minimal reflexes large head - behind in all milestones as a baby - multiple MRIs extremely flat-footed given iq test at 5 and found to have a possible learning disability required speech therapy and occupational therapy now 10 years of age - finds running and swimming a challenge ( uncoordinated ) Any ideas??
