Suggest Treatment For Breast Pain And Sore Nipples

Hi I am 24 years old I have been sexually active with my partner. I have been having some breast pains. But today my nipples have been sore. I also noticed that my left nipple has a red pin spot in the middle. What could cause this and or what dose it mean?

Breast pain and sore nipples could be due to hormonal changes, mastitis, fibrocystic breast disease, premenstrual syndrome etc.

Here, I suggest you to get examined by your doctor for breast nodule or cystic lump. Axillary lymph nodes are to be evaluated properly.

Evening prime rose capsule (1000 mg) should be taken for 1 month. Wear comfortable breast support. Avoid much handling of breast during sexual activity. Pain killer and antibiotic may be given in some cases.
