Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty After Cleaning The Toilet

i was cleaning my toilet today with Harpic toilet cleaner, for better results, i out some bleaching powder too. I started feeing suffocated, but did not open the window. Finished cleaning and came out. was breathless and when, took breath felt difficulty and coughed, everytime i tried to breath. Its 45 min now. my mom gave me some wated to drink, i lied down and iam feeling better.. BUT I still hav a lil difficulty in breathing. Wat shd i do doc?

Bleaching agents on their own or with other cleaning agents can cause poisoning.
It can affect different systems but in your case it would be respiratory.

Normally it is recommended that they be used in a well ventilated area. The respiratory symptoms such as shortness of breath or chest pain should decrease once you are removed from the area.
If they persist then you may need to see your doctor. Treatment is mainly supportive eg rest, oxygen if needed
