Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Eosinophils are one type of white blood cell (WBC) which denotes allergy.
So high eosinophil count is almost always due to underlying allergy.
So possibility of allergy related eosinophilia and breathlessness (asthma like) are high in your case.
Best treatment for allergy is identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
So better to consult allergist and get done allergy testing to identify the allergen.
Once you avoid it, your eosinophil count will not raise.
Oral treatment with combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) is also helpful in reducing eosinophil count.
Don't worry, consult allergist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
