Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness,tachycardia And Hypertension

My father is 73 years old suffered from breathlessness, short breath, tachycardia and hypertension seven months ago He got bronchodilators and corticosteroids with antihypertensive but still feeling sick.By the way he has pulmonary edema and swellen ankle and big abdomen

Hi
Pulmonary edema is really not to be treated at home
He should be hospitalised, and treated under medical care &supervision.
It should be treated with diuretics, bronchodilators, nebulisations, steroids. And drugs to control the heart rate, & antihypertensives if not reduced he should undergo dialysis
the symptoms you described look like he has congestive cardiac failure
