Suggest Treatment For Broken Foot And Hurt Ankle

Hello I'm female 53 yo. I fell a month ago and broke my foot(5 metatarsal bones) and hurt ankle of other foot. That is the only thing I mentioned while at Dr. ... Well I had hit my arm hard... but my feet hurt so severely bad, just thought I bumped my arm, didn't even look at it. And my feet were in such bad shape Doctors didn't even ask if other injuries. There was (what you would call) a goose egg, about an inch up from my elbow towards my wrist (so I would not say it's my elbow ...it's the ulna) The goose egg sized lump has only gone down a bit and it's been over a month and a big hard lump on my arm that doesn't move with the skin. I can't even put my arm on the car armrest without pain. What is it? What should I do?

Hi
Welcome to heathcaremagic
After going through your query I cancluded that you are having multiple injury but you are concerned about injury over ulna . It seems to be subcutaneous hematoma. No need to worry it will gradually resolve itself. Applying thrombophobe gel locally without rubbing can help in resolving it. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is taken for relieve pain. Vitamin B andC are helpful resolution. You can discuss your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any further questions then don't hesitate to writing to us.
