Suggest Treatment For Broken Skin On Foot Caused By An Injury

i dropped a solid oak headboard on my foot there was no broken skin when i went to the hospital but the next day 2 little blister appeared then joined up it is now infected i had one course of antibiotic they did not work now i am on 2 lots of antibiotic in total i take 11 a day but it still dose not seem to be healing
