Suggest Treatment For Bronchitis Along With Cough And Fever

I had what I thought was a rib that perhaps had a hairline fracture. It hurt when I turned or breathed deep. Then, I developed a hoarse voice, what felt like bronchitis, and then, yesterday, a fever. Today, I had straight blood coming out of my anus after a bowel movement. Just a minute ago it happened again, and I had only urinated. My fever is gone, but I still feel weak and have a pretty unproductive cough and tightness in the chest.

Yes, possibility of bronchitis is more in your case.
Most common cause for this is viral infection.
Bronchitis causes bronchospasm and this causes chest tightness, cough, breathing difficulty etc.
You will improve with inhaled bronchodilators and antibiotics.
Steam inhalation 4-5 times a day is also beneficial.
