Suggest Treatment For Bronchitis And Reflux

Hi good afternoon. I am coughing main at night,it is a dry cough. My Dr. said that it is a bronchitis and reflux. it was treated a bit but then I stop taking Nexum because I ve had a muscle pain so bad. After 3weeks here I am suffering again. I am taking razit 20 similar to nexum and cough syrup linctus. But early this morning 1am to 6.30am it seems the medicine not working, coughing so bad, then I started a chest pain, and headache. I drink a teaspoon of bicarb soda that help abit.

hello, actually in this scenario I would like to know ur smoking habit's and if u smoke please quit smoking.this ll help you a lot. and as for nexium ,u can change it over to pantaprazole 40 mg once daily before breakfast. if cough is due to reflux this will resolve.you hav to restrict on spicy and oily food. regarding bronchitis I ll have to see a chest xray.
