Suggest Treatment For Bronchitis

hi about 10 years ago , I came down with a SEVERE case of Bronchitis! I could hardly move or breath .Living out in the county - the doctor has now passed away - but he gave me a shot in the butt -it was in a glass vial - IN 5 MINUTES - this healing action started at my sinus and worked it s way ALL the way down my body !!! No one knows what it is-was- ! I became a new person like I was never sick ! I hope the doc didnot take the secret with him ! I am coming down with the same thing! PLEASE researh and help!!! Hello dear ,thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
The injection you are taking about is mostly steroid injection.
In emergency situation, injection deriphyllin and dexona are given intramuscularly.
Dexona being a steroid is first choice in this.
Because of its anti inflammatory action, immediate relief is there in bronchitis. Bronchitis is nothing but inflammatory edema of bronchi which causes narrowing of the lumrn and thus breathing is difficult.
So anti inflammatory (steroid) are given to revert the inflammatory edema and thus open up the lumen.
So most probably the injection is of steroid.
