Hi Doctors, I'm 46, female. I have fibromyalgia. I have these brown oblong brown circular patches that come and go on the back of my neck. Plus the skin under my breast area changes to a light brown color were by underwire of my bra is at. I have had these for years. I also noticed my daughter who is 23
gets these on her neck also. But they disappear and come back when ever. I did a search on line. so I'm glad I have someone to ask.
