Suggest Treatment For Brownish Spots On Dorsum Of Foot

I have 3 brownish spots on the dorsum of my left foot. Each is about 1-1.5 inch in diameter. On thouching they feel a little harder than the skin around them. The spot aboove the first metatarso-phalangeal joint is harder than the other two. I though it might be de to sun exposure or perhaps shoes but there is no spot on the right foot.
