Suggest Treatment For Bruise And Sore On Shin

I hit my shin very hard on a pot outside it bruised slightly and was sore but 3 weeks later the bruise has gone but I have a squashy lump where I hit it and aches in my leg. It s not hot or red just aching and I keep having muscle twitching on this leg. The lump is sore could I have chipped the bone? Or is it a blood clot?

Hello,
Welcome to the magical world of health care,
I went through your query, and you should have got an X Ray done to see the status of the bone, assumptions can delay the right treatment at right time approach.
I hope my advice would have been useful, in decision making regarding your treatment, still if you have any clarifications or doubts feel free to contact back.
Thanks.
