I fell on the steps back in February. I fell on the edge of the step, and it left a nasty bruise for aprx 2 weeks. I felt it had healed, and I tried to start stretching/workouts. After 2 days of working out where I fell on the left side starting burning/sharp pains when I sit on it, lay on my right side, and lift my left leg to roll over. Even laying directly on my back where it is touching the bed is painful. What could that be?
