Suggest Treatment For Bruised Bump On Shin

I hit my shin on the corner of a wooden bed and it bruised up purple and yellow. Now it's a week later and the bruise is gone, but it is still sore to touch, there is still a small bump, and there are shooting pains through my leg after walking around all day.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe you had an injury to the shin,it bruisd yollow and purple. It means there is capillary oozing at the spot of the hit,and also the debris of the bone.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, along with other medication.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, till the pains are completely cleared.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
