Suggest Treatment For Bruised Eye

My left eye feels as though the actual eye is brused. It hurt to blink when i first woke up this morning. When i got up there was no visible sign of bruising, my eye looked normal. the skin around my eye is really sensitive to touch. It has been two days now and it all started when I woke up this morning.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having pain in the eye with sensitivity of skin around the eye. This can be because of infection or inflammation of the skin of the eyelids and the periorbital area in the form of preseptal cellulitis.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.

Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Thank you
