Suggest Treatment For Bruised Wrist

I was only playing tug of war with my daughter s dog for about ten minutes and a day and a half later my wrist is bruised a third of the way down my arm. What could I have done to have that occur? I also recently had blood tests that turned out totally normal so I guess there is nothing wrong in that area.

Ya definately u need not to be worry. My suggestiin to your problem is that u wait or 8-10 days and allow it to heal. Gradully it will resolve. And blood reports are usually normal in this type of condition.
Just wait and watch. And you need to worry if you have symptoms like fever, incrising pain and incresing redness.
Thanking you.
