I have had five small bruises on my left arm, some for three months which are now covered with a white crust. Also on both knees that go back seven months. None of these bleed, but neither will they heal completely....all have the same type of white crust over them.
It appears tha you are scratching these areas which is causing the crusting. The crusts are formed only due to repeated scratching and related things. An antihistamine will work best for such situation. Add more of vitamin C containing fruits and items in your daily diet. All the best
