After sex with my gf about 5 days ago. I developed a small cluster of what look like ulcers on my penis in triangle form. Besides just a little sensitive to touch cause they are open sores it doesnt hurt really. I havemt had any puss or anything coming out of them and they do seem to be healing. I have an apppointment to get checked out, but from what ive done with my investigation ita sexual trauma or maybe even a bug bite... Sounds weird but I had some kind of bug biting me around the same time. I also have pictures if that s helpful.
Hi. As per your case history of bug bite on penis. My treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it. 3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling, also take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching. 4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
