Suggest Treatment For Bug Bite

i stepped on a june bug. i understand they don't bite. well if it didn't bite me some part of it definitely pierced my skin in a very painful manner. my foot is now swollen (not terribly but noticeable) my foot is very very red and extremely itchy. it happened 3 days ago. any suggestions?
