Suggest Treatment For Bulging In My Disk
I have posteric buldging disc on level 4/5 of my spine.I have my MRI and I have had Ryzotomy done to me but it didn t work so now I heard that I can try Lumber Fusion.After I quoted I find out that it was gonna cost me R240 000 that is about $24 000 and I don t have that kind of money. Is there anything that I can do at home to ease the pain because its so severe that when I bent I can t stand straight so easily and I can t stand for more than 20mins.In addition I feel the shooting pain going down my legs and I can t walk for more than 100m without resting and the only point when I feel better is lying down on my back with knees bent. Furthermore I also urinate milky urine sometimes.The pain on my back is sometimes burning type of pain and spreads to my legs as well. Moreover I also feel on my sides like [where my ribs are]. Medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain; you can take them consulting your treating doctor.
You may consult physiotherapist for further guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
MRI shows disc compressing on nerve root then surgical decompression is permanent solution.
