Suggest Treatment For Bulky Uterus And Uterine Nodule

My name is Caroline. Iam 45yrs old. I had a child which is 21yrs old . I ve been trying to get pregnant and just yesterday, I went for pelvic abdominal scan and I was told. I have a bulky uterus and also a uterine nodule.please I want to know what to do as I m at the state of confusion considering my age. Iam of average height and normal weight. Thanks

Usually fibroid wont come in the way of pregnancy until unless they are too big distorting endometrium ,more over you have a child that the cavity is fine do not worry you will conceive
