Suggest Treatment For Bump In My Shin
I have a small graze /bump halfway up my shin bone, it was itching profusely at the beginning and still is, but now I have also got swelling and redness which has now spread to my ankle and upwards towards my knee. Im uncertain of how this has happened. Could this be a cause for concern. The swelling is spreading away from the injured area and is more swollen than it was yesterday, the graze has been there for around minimum of four days.

From history it seems that you might be having some poisonous bite on shin and now producing some bacterial infection due to itching.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine for 2-3 days.
