Suggest Treatment For Bump On The Forehead

i was hit in the head 2 weeks ago. I had a bump an a tear on my forehead. i was hit on the right side of my head inchs from my eyes by the start of my hair. 2 weeks later and i feel dizzy an the right side of my head hurts. i also now have a lump there i was hit. the original bump went away and now a lump has grown and it is tender to touch. Please help.

Hi.
As per your case history of bump on forehead, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
