Suggest Treatment For Bump Under Arm

A small bump under my right arm. Is not hard to touch, not painful and appears larger at times than others. Recently recovering from a cold/cough & on my menstrual cycle. I noticed the small bump a few weeks ago.. It seems to go away and just yesterday noticed it again. What can this be?
