Hello, I ve been having bumps appear all over my body. Like bug bites but no bugs have been around. I also have many smaller red dots covering my neck and chin. I have no want for food and if I do eat I almost always get sick after. I m much more tired as well.
You can take non sedating antihistamines, levocetrizine. You may need a course of anti fungals or antibiotics like Doxycycline-100mg. Cold compression is effective. It should clear out.
If not, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a dermatologist. Get assessed you may have to go through STD tests to stay on the safer side. Your treatment will depend upon the infection detected.
Wear cotton clothes & locally you can apply Calamine or Soframycin / Neosporin creams.
