First of all for your daughter to move a lot inside you at a 37 week gestational period is perfectly normal, at this gestational age for your tummy or abdomen to feel tight is also perfectly normal. Due to the size and weight the of the abdomen falling forward, and enormous amount of pressure falls on the back and spine which is causing your back pain, and unfortunately this is also normal and something you will have to tolerate for a while longer. As for the lump, it will have to be examined as lumps in the region can indicate a number of things. Hemorrhoids are normal during pregnancy, but that diagnosis needs to be confirmed and not assumed.
Best wishes.
