Suggest Treatment For Burn Marks On Abdomen

i recieve a medical emergency of hot milk burn of lady aje 29 yrs burns on her brest nd abdomin rt side iclean the wound wth normal saline nd clean it with zylocane 2% local anaesthesia nd then covered it with sylverex ointment and dressing it wth sterlized gaudze piece nd give i.v dose of ceftriaxone 1 gram i/v stat nd give diclofenicsodium i/m stat now she is stable nd relief from pain now its a sufficent treatment i given plz guide me

Hi.
As per your case history of burns, my treatment advice is -
1. Continue dressing with silverex ointment.
2. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and inflammation for 5-7 days.
3. Apply a placentrax gel twice daily on affected skin for better healing.
4. Other treatment options are debridement, skin grafting done by a general surgeon.
