Suggest Treatment For Burn On The Penis

I was cleaning the toliet seat with bleach and I thought I had wiped all the chemical off. The head of my penis encountered some of the chemical when I was sitting down. This led to a slight burn at first it was really tender and sore and then at times flaking of the skin would occur but after taking a shower each time the flakiness would go away but you can see the discoloration and it doesn't seem to be getting any better at times. What should I do?
