Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Possible mucosal damage at meatus. However, urinary tract infections need to be ruled out. Concentrated urine or infected urine can cause mucosal damage
2. Get urine microscopy for bacteria and pus cells done.
3. Also take plenty of fluids. Dilute urine will reduce mucosal damage. Meet your doctor for tests and antibiotics treatment.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
