Suggest Treatment For Burning In The Nose And A Headache

Age:16 Height: 5 6 Weight:110 Hi, i just finished spray painting a coat rack and a floor lamp. I wore a mask at first but it made it difficult to breath so i just took it off and finished painting everything. Now as ive been done for about an hour, the inside of my nose is burning. I feel like i can still smell the fumes, and i have an excruciating head ache. I blew my nose, and rinsed it out, took a shower and changed hoping it was just on my skin/clothes and was just breathing it in, but even after, its still painful and has not changed. What should i do to get this smell out and the pain gone??? (I also took ibuprofen)
