hi, im a 20 yr old male. my penis has a mild burning sensation during sexual activity. at thr tip of the urethra. it does not bother me to urinate, theres no discharge ever. no unordinary spots, i have ezcema at the base of the tip. only bothers me when i have an erection and have sex or even masturbate, help please
