Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Back And Chest

Hi my name is Ashley I m 24 and a mother of 3... Last night I had some pretty bad burning in my upper back and chest. I had pain down both my arms I was dizzy and very nauseous. It was difficult to get a deep breath. This is the 2 time in the last month it has happened. I have had issues with acid reflex but this is way more intense and different. . It hurt way more last night then it did the first time.. should I be worried? Or could this just be a indigestion thing?

hi ashley. your symptoms suggest you can have a cardiac or a gastric issue. its best to go to an ER and get an ECG done sothat we can be sure that its not a cardiac problem. secondly if its gastric then it can be gall stones. i suggest you to get an ultrasound done so that we can be sure. once you have these tests done you can revert back so that we can follow up. thank you please do rate my answer.
