Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Stomach And Nausea

ok so for the last year probably i have been having stomache ulcers so the doctors think but i havent had any tests to find out. and for the last 4 or 5 days i have been having headaches constantly, ive been having a really sick/empty/aching/burning feeling in my stomach, and just today i got up about 6 to get ready and i had that air feeling in my stomach like i was going to throw up but didnt, and all of a sudden my legs got reall weak when i would stand up and i feel really groggy. im really scared because im on the depo shot and i was having unprotected sex with my bf and i just realized today that i missed my shot on the 13th. but i took 2 pregnancy tests and they were negative.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
The sick, empty, aching, burning feeling in stomach with headache can be due to increased acid secretions and its consequences.
So the best way to get a correct diagnosis is as follows.
Consult a Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like Upper GI Endoscopy, H pylori test, biopsy.
Ultrasonography of whole abdomen.
Tests of blood for liver and pancreatic function.
Avoid stress and anxiety as these instigate or enhance the problems.
Consult your Gynecologist for the missed periods and get investigated and treated accordingly, may be you will have periods soon as the pregnancy tests are normal.
