Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Vagina

I apologize for being direct in my choice of words but I'm a little stressed out I never had this happened to me before. So the past couple days when I am showering or bathing I go and clean my vaginal area which I am self conscious about any odor or just feeling dirty so I tend to rub a little longer and hard than I should. Well I think I just got over or had a slight case of a yeast infection (not sure) I am very moist and rather warm down there all the time and I researched that can cause yeasts infections. Anywho well now my labia burns when I use the bathroom, hurts when I sit up straight. Doesn't itch as of right now because I know it's tender so I won't touch it. What can it be? I just rubbed too hard? Will it go away and how long will it last? What should I use and or avoid doing?
Thanks so much!
