Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation On The Penis After Intercourse

hi doc, 2 weeks ago i was drunk and masterbuted for 2 hours and when i woke up the bottom shaft of my penis was red, my girl and i later some rough sex and it just made it worse, there is now a sorta of rug burn there and it has started to heal, but i thought it should have by now, should i be worried

The symptoms are suggestive of friction burns or balanitis. Other possibilities are urinary tract infection or urethritis. As of now avoid intercourse for a week and apply topical antibiotics like Mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water. If symptoms persist long, you can consult a urologist and get evaluated.
