Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation On The Scrotum

my doctor says this is scrotal dermatitis... but it is repeating (last 3 year 4 times) now using dexamethasone & framycetin sulpfate cream .. andalaspan 10 mg tablets , elina 10 mg tablets .. scrotum looks redish burning some place skin looks dark red and rough plz give me suggestion.. is this quire able? what i do now

Hi,Dear thanks for the query to HCM virtual clinic.
I studied your query in full details.I understood your health concerns.
With whatever details are given by you,the scrotal skin dermatitis is the cause of the burning scrotum feeling.And is due to mostly to secondary infection in the soddened scrotal skin.
Anti-histaminic/antibiotics with changed skin steroid ointment would control the dermatitis,which mostly due to drug allergy to framycetin.
keeping the are dry with other supportive treatment would cure the condition.
